WHEREAS, the City, acting through the Department of Finance, Information Technology Systems, has or will issue a Request for Proposal for Safe Smart CLE Citywide Video Surveillance Implementation & Installation for the City of Cleveland Department of Public Safety (“the RFP”). In order to provide sufficient information to prospective proposers, the City will disclose certain confidential and proprietary information to potential vendors who wish to submit proposals in response to the RFP and that such confidential and proprietary information includes, but is not limited to, the City’s critical systems infrastructure and other information directly used for protecting or maintaining the security of the City of Cleveland; and,
