AGREEMENT FOR POLYGRAPH EXAMINATION SERVICES‌ This agreement ("Agreement"), dated as of October 1, 2015 (“Effective Date”) is by and between the County of Sonoma, a political subdivision of the State of California (hereinafter "County"), and Scott Warnock, dba Warnock Forensic Services, a sole proprietor (hereinafter "Contractor"), authorized to operate in the State of California. R E C I T A L S WHEREAS, Contractor represents that it is a duly qualified provider of polygraph examination services; and WHEREAS, in the judgment of the Sheriff-Coroner it is necessary and desirable to employ the services of Contractor to provide polygraph examination services. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing recitals and the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties hereto agree as follows: A G R E E M E N T l.
