This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of the Agreement (defined below) by and between the customer (or its Affiliate(s), as applicable) as identified in the Agreement ("Customer") and Atlassian and will be effective on the later of (i) the effective date of the Agreement; or (ii) the date both parties execute this DPA in accordance with Section 1 below ("Effective Date").
