AMENDMENT FOR CHANGE AMENDMENT NO. 3December 7th, 2012
This amendment is issued to include language from the Lake Erie Correctional Institution (LAECI) purchase agreement regarding institution access, inmate work program assignments and waiver request. Additionally, the amendment will clarify language for the Management and Training Corporation (MTC) contract and to address inmate work program assignments, unit management staffing and transportation of inmates. Finally, the amendment will reflect the reassignment of the contract to a new analyst, Geraldine Berry, CPPB.
