THIS AGREEMENT (hereafter, “Agreement”) is made by and between the SANTA BARBARA COUNTY ASSOCIATION OF GOVERNMENTS (hereafter, “SBCAG”) and Planeteria Media, having its principal place of business at and 110 Stony Point Road, Ste 225, Santa Rosa, CA 95401(hereafter, “CONTRACTOR”), individually referred to as Party, or collectively as Parties, wherein CONTRACTOR agrees to provide and SBCAG agrees to accept the services specified herein.
