Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended, and Commodity Futures Trading Commission (the “Commission”) Regulation 40.6, ICE Trade Vault, LLC (“ICE Trade Vault”) submits, by written certification, amendments to the ICE Trade Vault Trusted Source Agreement (“ICE Trade Vault TSA”). These amendments are intended to clarify the scope of data access and to incorporate the billing of fees to a derivative clearing organization or other form of central counterparty. These ICE Trade Vault TSA amendments will become effective on July 5, 2013 and are blacklined in the text of the ICE Trade Vault Rulebook attached hereto as Exhibit A.
