Compressor Systems, Inc. ("CSI") and Enron Compression Services Company ("ECS") (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”) are prepared to furnish each other with information in connection with sharing data relative to a potential electric compression project located approximately 3 miles west of Carthage, Panola County, Texas (the "Transaction").
