Attached is the 2019 Joint Powers Agreement between the CLFLWD and Chisago County that lays out the terms of coordinating and funding the watercraft inspection program. The only change to this agreement relative to last year’s agreement is that the Level 1 and 2 inspector billing rates are set to $22/hour.
