Memorandum of Understanding between theDecember 16th, 2021
The wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment within the lawful scope of representation of the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, Local 2002, Professional/Technical Management Unit (hereinafter called “AFSCME” or “UNION”) have been agreed upon by representatives of the AFSCME and staff officials of City of Anaheim (hereinafter called “ANAHEIM” or “City”) and shall apply to all employees of ANAHEIM working in classifications set forth in Appendix “B” (bargaining unit classifications). AFSCME agrees to recommend acceptance by bargaining unit members of all the terms and conditions of employment as set forth herein, and the staff officials of ANAHEIM agree to recommend to the City Council that all terms and conditions of employment, as set forth herein, be approved pursuant to California Government Code §3505.1.
