This State of Oklahoma Master Agreement (the “ Master Agreement“) is entered into between Rithm LLC, with its principal place of business at 8422 E Sunset Ave, Terre Haute IN, and the State of Oklahoma by and through the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (“State”) and is effective upon completed signatures, (“Master Agreement Effective Date”). This agreement supersedes and terminates any previously existing contract or agreement between the parties.
