(“Agreement”) is made effective as of August 10th, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), and is entered into by and between Weownomy Platform Corporation (Personal Social Networking Platform), a Delaware Corporation (“Weownomy”) and HashCash Consultants., a Global Software Company from India (the “Company”). WEOWNOMY and the Company may individually be referred to as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
