By applying for Ariat International, Inc.’s (“Ariat”) Campaign, You (“Influencer”) are entering into an agreement with Ariat and agree to the terms and conditions of Ariat’s Direct Response Influencer Agreement (“Agreement”) (each a “Party” or collectively the “Parties”). This Agreement will effective as of the date of your submission to participate in the Campaign.
