and between Delta Dental (“Third Party Administrator”, “TPA” or “Delta Dental”) and the COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO (“County”). Delta Dental and the County are referred to herein as a “party” or collectively as “the parties.” IN CONSIDERATION of payment by the County as stated in Article 4, Delta Dental agrees to provide administration services as stated in this Agreement for the period beginning at 12:01 a.m., Standard Time, on August 1, 2009, through July 27, 2012 (“Term”), unless this Agreement is terminated in accordance with Article 5.
