This Agreement is made and entered into in the Province of British Columbia as of the first (1st) day of June, 2021, by and between ACFC West, Local 2020 Unifor (hereinafter called “ACFC” or the “Union”) representing its individual members (hereinafter collectively called the “Technicians” or individually the “Technician”), and the Canadian Media Producers Association - BC Producers Branch (hereinafter called the “CMPA-BC”) on behalf of its individual member companies who become signatory hereto, and those individuals, persons, partnerships, firms or corporations who from time-to-time accept the terms of this Agreement by becoming signatory hereto (hereinafter collectively called the “Producers” or individually the “Producer”).
