In these Terms and Conditions, the words “Terms” refer to the Terms and Conditions set forth in this agreement; “Credit Union” means Evansville Teachers Federal Credit Union; “you” and “your” mean each and all of those who agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions: “Card” means your ETFCU Debit and/or Credit Card (excludes HSA Debit, Business Debit, and Business Credit Cards); “Account” means your regular shares, checking, or credit card account; and “Wallet” refers to the Digital Wallet.
