RECITALS: A. Owner is the owner of the land located m Collin County, Texas, which is described in Exhibit A (the “Land”). B. Owner desires to engage Manager to carry out certain duties regarding the administration and management of the design, development and construction of the Project. C. Owner and Manager desire to enter into this Agreement to evidence the engagement of Manager by Owner as an independent contractor in connection with the above described activities, and to evidence the respective obligations of Manager and Owner in connection therewith.
