This Addendum (the “Sponsored Access Addendum” or the “Addendum”) is made as of the date of execution indicated on the signature page hereof (the “Effective Date”) by and between TriAct Canada Marketplace LP (“TCM”), operating as “MATCHNow,” and the Subscriber referenced below on the signature page (“Subscriber”). Terms not defined in this Addendum shall have the meanings set forth in that certain Subscriber Agreement executed by and between TCM and Subscriber, as may be amended from time to time (the “Subscriber Agreement”).
