The contract offers an enterprise-wide license which covers all Commonwealth of Virginia public bodies as defined by §2.2-4301 and referenced by §2.2-4304 and §2.2-2012 of the Code of Virginia. The solution is capable of supporting a variety of disaster response and recovery planning efforts including emergency operations plans, continuity of operations plans and standard operating procedures. The solution allows for the development, review, approval and storage of plans. This is the first VITA statewide contract award since VITA’s Enterprise Cloud Oversight Services (ECOS) policy and related processes were implemented in December 2016; resulting in approval of Previstar’s SaaS application (CEMPlanner™). Public bodies should be aware there are special requirements which must be included in any statement of work and that a work request (1-004 Enterprise Cloud Oversight Service Implementation) must be completed and submitted to vitaonestop@vita.virginia.gov prior to any ordering commitme
