Mannington Commercial hereby warrants that in the event the Spacia flooring supplied to the original purchaser under this agreement requires replacement due to wear-out from normal foot traffic within 10 years of the date of purchase, the defective material will be replaced free of charge for the first two years. If the wear-out occurs during years 3 through 10, the defective material will be replaced on a full value (non-prorated) basis. “Wear-out” means the removal of pattern and color from the Spacia floor caused by the removal of the protective wear layer.
