The terms and conditions of this Product Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms under which Buyer may acquire and use PMC products identified in the executed PMC sales quote or order form (each an “Order”) referencing this Agreement. All purchase orders issued to PMC by Buyer shall be governed only by the terms and conditions of this Agreement notwithstanding any preprinted terms and conditions on Buyer’s purchase order. Any additional or different terms in Buyer’s documents are hereby deemed to be material alterations and notice of objection to and rejection of them is hereby given.
