This Contract Extension is made and entered into this 30th day of June, 2022 by and between the Workforce Development Board of Flagler and Volusia Counties, Inc., d.b.a. CareerSource Flagler Volusia, (hereinafter CareerSourceFV) a Florida private not-for-profit corporation, whose principal address is 329 Bill France Boulevard, Daytona Beach, Florida 32114 and Career Steps, Inc. (hereinafter Contractor), whose principal address is, 1106 Shockney Drive, Ormond Beach, Florida 32174 and extends the original Contract between parties, including any and all Amendments and modifications to the original Contract dated the 30th of September 2020.
