THIS PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made this day of March, 2021 (“Effective Date”) by and between KELLY FAMILY REALTY, LLC, a Massachusetts Lim- ited Liability Company with an office in Upton, Massachusetts (hereinafter “Seller”), and the TOWN OF UPTON, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (“Buyer”).
