This Agreement shall govern only commercial/institutional work which is within the work jurisdiction of the plasterers and which is being performed by bargaining unit members who are employees of a signatory CLR member employer that performs commercial/institutional work. This agreement shall not be applicable outside the Province of British Columbia.
