[FIRSTNAME2] is represented by [LAWYER2]. The “Collaborative Team” consists of the Collaborative Lawyers together with any additional collaborative professionals who sign participation agreements. We adopt this conflict resolution process, which relies on honesty, cooperation, and professionalism geared toward the future well-being of the restructured family. Our goal is to eliminate the negative economic, social and emotional consequences of litigation. We commit to the Collaborative Law process to resolve differences with the goal of achieving a resolution that is acceptable to the clients under the circumstances.
