This Agreement is in addition to other agreements between Montecito Bank & Trust and you, including but not limited to (as applicable), your checking, savings, and other deposit account agreements, as may be modified from time to time. If there is a conflict between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and those contained in the other agreements between you and us, this Agreement will control. All times are local time (Pacific Time) of Bank. This Agreement will be effective as of the first day we make the Services accessible to you.
