In extreme wet and windy weather, we reserve the right to cancel the ‘Alpaca Walk Experience’ if it is unsafe. If this is the case a full refund will be given or the option to rearrange. We also have the right to stop or cancel during the walk should any person pose a risk to themselves or the welfare of the alpaca or other walkers.
