Annual Support and License AgreementLicense Agreement • August 24th, 2018
This Software License and Support Agreement is a legal agreement between the Users of NoHo Software Products (User) and David Grant, Inc (Consultant). NoHo Software products (NOHO) include computer software, the associated media, any printed materials, and any "online" or electronic documentation. By installing, copying or otherwise using NOHO, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement or if you do not pay for your support agreement, Consultant is not willing to license NOHO to you. In such event, you may not use or copy NOHO and you should promptly contact the Consultant for instructions on the removal of the software. The terms of this Agreement shall begin upon installation of the software to the User’s computer(s) and continue in full force until this agreement is terminated per paragraph seven (7) below.
