Schedule “A” attached hereto, (the “Dry Lands”) is not spray irrigated by the Municipality and is not suitable for irrigation, ploughing, or tilling, but the Dry Lands are deemed part of the Municipality’s municipal wastewater treatment facilities or system and part of the Wastewater Irrigation Lands as defined within, and for the purposes of, this License;
