The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Samurai 2K Aerosol Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Orientus Industry Sdn Bhd (“Orientus”), has entered into a sale and distribution agreement (“Agreement”) with Genesis GD Sdn Bhd (“Genesis”) on 1 February 2019. Under the terms of the Agreement, Orientus will grant Genesis the sole and exclusive distributorship of the range of SAMURAI® Spray Paint, GEIGITM and NINJUTSU™ products in India.
