This HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is made effective on October 25, 2015 by and between the Tile Installers of Florida direct, LLC / Rodney Sydnor (hereinafter, "Tile Installers/ Sydnor"), of 10521 Chambers Drive, Tampa, Florida 33626 and client (hereinafter, "client "), of 123 main street, Small city, Florida 33600. Tile Installers / Rodney Sydnor and client are sometimes individually referred to as "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."' WHEREAS, client desires to hold harmless Tile Installers/ Sydnor from any claims and/or litigation arising out of client's actions in connection with client's having of Tile Installers, a non-professional moving company perform lifting and moving of furniture and belongings.
