THIS PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2017 (“Effective Date”), by and between UTAH TRANSIT AUTHORITY, a public transit district organized under the laws of the State of Utah (“Seller”) and THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF MURRAY CITY, a public body of the State of Utah (“Purchaser”). Seller and Purchaser are hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as “parties” and either may be referred to individually as “party,” all as governed by the context in which such words are used.
