This user agreement is a contract between you and Antario Financial and Payment Services Inc. and its affiliates (collectively known as “UCanPay®”) governing your use of your UCanPay® E-Wallet account and the UCanPay® services. It applies to UCanPay® E-Wallet accounts only. You must be an individual and must be a resident of Canada and at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your province of residence to open a UCanPay® E-Wallet account and use the UCanPay® services. If you are a business, you can only register a UCanPay® Merchant account (please refer to “UCanPay® Merchant Payment Service Agreement”).
