This Federally Funded Grant Agreement and any Attachments and Exhibits hereunder (collectively, the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Massachusetts Technology Park Corporation d/b/a Massachusetts Technology Collaborative, an independent public instrumentality of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with a principal office and place of business at 75 North Drive, Westborough, Massachusetts, 01581 (“MassTech”), and _______________________, with a principal place of business at ________________________ (“Participant” or “________”), together, the “Parties.” This Agreement shall govern certain activities and responsibilities to be carried out by Participant on behalf of MassTech, a subrecipient of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
