The undersigned, by its duly authorized officer, agent, or employee (hereinafter call “Exhibitor”), hereby offers to enter into this Contract for Exhibit Space (“Contract”) with Access Intelligence, LLC (hereinafter called“AI”) for exhibit space in the exhibition on March 9-11, 2020, to be held in conjunction with SATELLITE 2020 (hereinafter called the“Show”) at The Walter E. Washington Convention Center (hereinafter called“Exhibit Hall”) in Washington D.C. This contract is subject to (1) its acceptance by countersignature of AI; (2) the floor plan of exhibits; (3) such additional policies which constitute a part of, or are included in, this contract. Reservation of exhibit space by AI on behalf of Exhibitor is conclusively presumed to be adequate consideration to bind Exhibitor. Booth space includes standard drapery equipment, perimeter security service, general illumination, Exhibitor Service Manual and a publicity program to attract an audience.
