Inc. a Florida corporation (“Power Smoothie”), and PS Initiatives, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (individually. “PSI”) and William A. Long, individually, as guarantor (“Guarantor”) (PSI and Guarantor are collectively referred to as “Master Franchisee”).
