I, the undersigned, agree to be responsible for any rent arrears and/or expenses incurred by the above mentioned tenant as well as the cost of repairs and damages caused to the above rented premise, or any other apartment they may occupy, during the entire length of the tenancy, including any renewal or extension of the tenancy agreement whether by agreement, or by operation of law, and including any continued occupation by the Tenant(s) as an overholding tenant.
