The Milligan Valley Stewardship Contract is located in T7N, R29E, Sections 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 G&SRM, T7N, R30E, Section18 G&SRM, Apache County, Arizona. The Forest Service will receive technical and price proposals at the Springerville Ranger District Office, 165 South Mountain Avenue, Springerville, AZ 85938 no later than 2:00 PM local time on June 22, 2017 for an estimated 1,455 CCF (Hundred Cubic Feet) of ponderosa pine high value sawtimber (12”+ DBH) and 1,196 CCF of ponderosa pine medium value sawtimber (9”-11.9” DBH) marked or otherwise designated for cutting. In addition, within the area is an estimated 684 CCF of ponderosa pine pulpwood material, and an estimated 34 CCF of dead ponderosa pine fuelwood that the successful bidder agrees to remove at a fixed rate.
