This Investors’ Rights Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of March , 2016 by and among Evolution at Sea, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and each of the persons and entities holding outstanding securities of the Company and executing a counterpart signature page to this Agreement (each, an “Investor” and collectively, the “Investors”).
