This Software-as-a-Service Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is by and between Siteimprove, Inc., a California corporation with a business address at 7807 Creekridge Circle, Bloomington, MN 55439, and its Affiliates (defined below) (collectively, “Siteimprove”) and City of Austin (“Customer” / “you” / “your”) for Siteimprove services.
