Agreement: This Agreement, effective the 20th day of May, 2005, (the “Effective Date”), by and between The City of Seattle, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington (the “City”), and Kolke Consulting Group, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws and authorized to do business in the State of Washington (the “Contractor”). The City, through its Department of Planning and Development (DPD), may request and the Contractor shall provide Review Services for Seattle Building Permit Applications. The City does not guarantee that it will request services from the Contractor. Requests for service will be dependant upon the demand for building permits, the service reputation of the Contractor, or any other factor deemed important to the City.

The City, through its Department of Planning and Development (DPD), may request and the Contractor shall provide Review Services for Seattle Building Permit Applications. The City does not guarantee that it will request services from the Contractor.
