As used herein, “Customer” shall mean the individual, corporation or other entity which has retained Adroit to perform property brokerage services, as well as all agents, representatives and subcontractors of said individual, corporation or entity, including, but not limited to all shippers and consignees of the cargo being transported, or any other party claiming a right or interest in the cargo.
