This Cooperative Agreement (“Agreement”), dated (the “Effective Date”), is by and among Sonoma County Water Agency, a body corporate and politic of the State of California (“Sonoma Water”), East Bay Municipal Utility District, Alameda County Flood Control & Water Conservation District, Alameda County Water District, East Bay Dischargers Authority, and Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (each a “Participant” and collectively “Participants”).
