This Participant Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is between the State of Washington, Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) the Alliance for Child Welfare Excellence’s Child Welfare Training and Advancement Program (hereinafter CWTAP) and Participant (hereinafter Participant or I).
