This Second Amendment to Lease and Access Agreement (El Dorado) (this “Second Amendment”) is executed as of January 8, 2013 to be effective as of December 5, 2012 (the “Effective Date”), between FRONTIER EL DORADO REFINING LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Lessor”), and EL DORADO LOGISTICS LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Lessee”), for the purpose of amending that certain Lease and Access Agreement (El Dorado) between Lessor and Lessee dated effective as of November 1, 2011 (the “Original Lease”), as amended by that certain First Amendment to Lease and Access Agreement (El Dorado) dated effective as of August 15, 2012 (the “First Amendment”; the Original Lease, as amended by the First Amendment, is referred to herein as the “First Amended Lease”).
