A special thanks to all those who dedicated their time and effort in bringing this contract to fruition, from all of the sug- gestions received from the membership to the work done in the office by our experienced staff to the long and often con- tentious hours spent at the table with the city and department representatives by the various committee members. Although the Agreement published here was ultimately handed down by an Arbitrator it is important to thank the Negotiating Team whose hard work and dedication to the effort set the stage for the language which is outlined herein. The wage increases and work rule en- hancements were hard won and we could not have persuaded the Arbitrator to side with our union members without the research and preparation of the Negotiating Team members listed below:
