This Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") between PREDPOL, Inc., a California corporation, PO Box 2870, Santa Cruz, CA 95063-2870 ("PREDPOL") and Anaheim Police Department with offices at 425 S. Harbor Blvd., Anaheim, CA 92805 (“CLIENT") entered into as of the date it is signed by both Parties (the "Effective Date"). This Agreement governs CLIENT's access to and use of the Services as they are defined herein.
