Interested companies are to complete the documentation provided in this solicitation and mail two (2) original hard copies to the solicitation contact for review. The City will review the documentation provided and participants will be notified if they have been approved and added to the pre qualified list for future solicitations. This agreement does not guarantee purchase orders but the opportunity to bid on solicitations for the materials and/or services specified within the contract.
