This Settlement Agreement (the “Agreement”) is dated as of December 31, 2010 (the “Closing Date”), by and between (i) Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (“Freddie Mac”), (ii) Bank of America, National Association (“BANA”), (iii) BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P.
