In consideration of the mutual covenants, provisions and agreements set forth herein, this Agreement (the “Contract”) is entered into on August 1, 2020 between The School Board of the City of Virginia Beach (“The Virginia Beach City Public Schools” or “VBCPS” or “School Board”), and University Instructors, Inc. (also known as the “Contractor”) a Virginia corporation whose address is 427 Lee Jackson Highway, Suite 101, Staunton, Virginia 24401 for the purpose of providing the services set forth herein.
