to hereinafter as the "Association", acting for and in behalf of and under the authority of its members whose names appear on Schedule "I" and any other member joining said Association during the term of this Agreement it is authorized and has agreed to represent and such other Building Contractors who execute an Acceptance of the Terms and Provisions of this Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer"; and the CONNECTICUT LABORERS’ DISTRICT COUNCIL, hereinafter referred to as the "UNION", acting for and in behalf of Local Union No.146, Norwalk; 230, Hartford; 455, New Haven; 547, New London; 611, New Britain; 665, Bridgeport; and 675, Danbury and their successors and assigns, each of which is hereinafter referred to as the "Local Union" or "Unions". The Council and the Local Union or Unions shall be collectively referred to herein as the "Union".
